129 Individualised program

The Individual package provides a customised program designed to cater to an individual's needs and goals. The program is an add-on to an existing membership and is tailored for those with a specific goal (e.g. Upcoming competition, body transformation, returning from injury etc.)

The package includes the following:

1. A Customised program tailored to the specific goals and needs of the individual. The workout plan may include strength training, cardio, flexibility, and other methods of training that will help the individual achieve their goals.
2. Personalised check-ins: The package will provide personalised communication and updates based on the individual's training program and recovery progress. 
3. Access to support: The program provides support and guidance from a team of experts to ensure that the individual receives the necessary support throughout their journey.
