eXtra Endurance Program
The eXtra Endurance Program is designed for individuals who want to focus on improving their cardiovascular fitness and endurance. This program is an add-on to our base membership and includes 3 additional 30-60 minute sessions to be completed on top of your regular workout routine.
The program is not coached, meaning individuals will be responsible for following the program independently. The program is designed to provide additional cardiovascular training for those who want to burn more calories or improve their overall fitness levels.
The program includes various endurance exercises, such as running, cycling, rowing, and swimming, to help individuals improve their cardiovascular endurance. The program can be completed on their own time.
The price of the program is $10 per week on top of the base membership, making it an affordable option for individuals who want to concentrate on one specific area or weakness within their training.
