Welcome to 129 Health & Performance’s CrossFit Program!
The ultimate fitness program is designed to help you reach your full potential. With classes offered Monday through Saturday! We make it easy for you to find a time that suits your busy schedule.
Our one-hour classes are led by 1-2 experienced coaches committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With a maximum class capacity of 20 participants, you'll receive personalised attention and support to help you get the most out of every workout.
Our CrossFit program is suitable for anyone at any level. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, The CrossFit program makes people fitter faster and more safely than any other program. We deadlift, clean, squat, and press. We do gymnastics with progressions that are accessible to all. We bike, run, skip, jump, and row. We use intensity customised to the individual.
CrossFit works for everyone.
Our gym is fully equipped with everything you need to succeed, including state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive community of like-minded individuals committed to helping you reach your fitness goals.

Monday - Friday: 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:00pm, 5:15pm, 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:00 am

Price: $70/ week
